 Sandy
was born & raised in
Lakeland, Florida... right in the
middle of the state! Growing up, she spent countless hours
outside... swimming, hiking, & playing sports! As a
young teenager, she was thrown into the role of "woman
of the house" after losing her Mother. Before her Father
passed away a couple of years later, he encouraged Sandy
to obtain her real estate license. So, in 1980, she did
just that and she thinks of her Dad every time she helps
someone find their perfect home.
After practicing
real estate in her hometown, Sandy relocated to beautiful
Celebration
in March, 2000 where she has helped numerous families turn
their dreams into celebrations!! Watching the
community grow over the years and becoming a part of
Celebration has been a dream come true for Sandy. And,
sharing her wealth of knowledge of the Celebration real
estate market with her customers has given Sandy a
tremendous sense of accomplishment. For buyers, she offers "Buyer Representation",
whether they choose to build a new home or purchase a pre-owned
one. If they choose to build, Sandy is their "eyes
& ears" throughout the entire building process.
If they choose to purchase a pre-owned home, Sandy will
help with negotiations, inspections, & the entire closing
process. Often, Sandy is the first to hear about exceptional
lots or incentives being offered by the builders & she
is often informed of homes for sale before they ever hit
the market. Many people have gotten a call from Sandy telling
them about the perfect home before anyone else even knows
about it! For sellers, she offers a unique marketing
plan and boasts an impressive list of customers that she has
maintained contact with over the years, who wish to purchase
in and around Celebration.
After practicing real estate full-time
for 13 years, Sandy fulfilled a childhood goal by opening
her own real estate firm, "Sandy's Signature Homes, LLC",
on February 25, 2003. In order to continue offering
personalized service to her customers, she decided to
remain a small company. She is blessed with a wonderful
office manager, Tracy Graham, who she considers to be
her right arm & leg!!! She is able to help families
relocate all over the Central Florida area (and all over
the world) by networking with a top-notch group of
customer-oriented, professional Realtors to whom she
refers customers.
In addition to Celebration, Sandy
specializes in the other areas/towns of the greater Orlando
area that are in close proximity to Disney.....Reunion;
Independence; Windermere; and Winter Garden...to name a
few. She also helps families who are interested in the
downtown Orlando area; the Dr. Phillips area; Winter Park;
Baldwin Park; Harmony; and many more exciting communities.
Sandy is constantly made aware of and discovering "breaking"
real estate news including launch weekends and releases of
new communities & areas before they are developed. She

Sandy
loves living in
Celebration with her son, Jake, and her two cats, Shakespeare and Spencer.
She enjoys writing, traveling, dancing, shopping, working out,
fine dining and attending concerts, movies, & wine tasting
events. She also finds pleasure relaxing in one of the
peaceful parks in Celebration or by taking a walk along one of
Florida's gorgeous beaches. But, her favorite thing to do is
hang out with her friends. She is extremely close to her
friends (knowing some of them since her elementary school
days) and meets with them regularly!
Family "get
togethers" are always fun for Sandy. There she can
catch up with her five sisters, two brothers, 17 nieces/nephews,
12 great nieces/nephews, & 3 great-great nieces. She
also cherishes the time that she gets to spend with her
daughter, Stephanie and grand-daughter, Hailey, who live
in Ohio.
Sandy regards
real estate as more than a career. She considers it her
lifework, with her goal being to provide "world class"
service to all of her customers. Her mission is to service
her customers with integrity, friendliness, &
professionalism.
