Sandy was
born &
raised in
Lakeland,
Florida...right
in the
middle of
the state!
Growing up,
she spent
countless
hours
outside....swimming,
hiking, and
playing
sports! As
a young
teenager,
she was
thrown into
the role of
"woman of
the house"
after losing
her Mother.
Before her
Father
passed away
a couple of
years later,
he
encouraged
Sandy to
obtain her
real estate
license.
So, in 1980,
she did just
that and she
thinks of
her Dad
every time
she helps
someone find
their
perfect
home.
After
practicing
real estate
in her
hometown,
Sandy
relocated to
beautiful
Celebration,
Florida
in March,
2000 where
she has
helped
numerous
families
turn their
dreams into
celebrations! Watching
the
community
grow over
the years
and becoming
a part of
Celebration
has been a
dream come
true for
Sandy. And,
sharing her
wealth of
knowledge of
the
Celebration
real estate
market with
her
customers
has given
Sandy a
tremendous
sense of
accomplishment.
Sandy owned
her own real
estate firm,
Sandy's
Signature
Homes, in
Celebration
for 5.5
years. In
2008, she
closed her
company and
merged with
CENTURY 21
Premium
Properties.
In 2010 she
became a
Sole
Proprietorship
Broker.
In addition
to
Celebration,
Sandy sells
in other
neighborhoods
and towns in
the greater
Orlando
area. Some
of the

movies, &
wine tasting
events. She
also finds
pleasure in
relaxing in
one of the
peaceful
parks in
Celebration
or by taking
a long walk
along one of
Florida's
gorgeous
beaches.
She is
extremely
close to her
friends
(knowing
some of them
since her
elementary
school
days)!
Family "get
togethers"
are always
fun for
Sandy.
There she
can catch up
with her
five
sisters, two
brothers,
and her
scores of
nieces,
nephews,
great-nieces,
great-nephews,
and even
some
great-great
nieces/nephews!!!
She also
cherishes
the time
that she
gets to
spend with
her
step-daughter,
Stephanie,
and her
grand-daughter,
Hailey, who
live in
Dayton,
Ohio.
Sandy is
also proud
to be part
of a company
called

which
distributes
an extremely
healthy &
uniquely
beneficial
raw, whole
food called
